Kosmetech Corporation leased 5,100 square feet of industrial space at 170 Wilbur Place in Bohemia.

The company is relocating from its long-time home on Baltic Street in the Boerum Hill section of Brooklyn. Kosmetech supplies a wide range of disposable beauty products, including cosmetic latex-free sponges, powder puffs, cotton swabs, and cotton products.

This transaction reflects continued industrial demand on Long Island as Brooklyn and Queens operators seek modern warehouse and manufacturing space in Suffolk County.
