Average listing sale price per square foot continues to rise across most Long Island industrial size bands. Properties in the 4,000–10,000 sq. ft. range reached $285.43/sq. ft. in July 2026, up 23.9% over four years. The 10,000–30,000 sq. ft. band reached $262.36/sq. ft., up 22.7% over four years.
